There is something really special about the environment at the Home Office.
SVP BIRMINGHAM PROFESSIONAL
The most unsupportive company I have ever experienced that has a facade of being so very supportive and professional for team and pets.
SVP BIRMINGHAM PLUS
It could be an awesome company if leadership would morally do the right thing for staff and pets instead of only worrying about the money (stereotypical corporate environment plus toxic working environment). No consistency, communication demeaning, and management does not take the time to listen or care. Zero accountability with the leaders of this company. Wrong people in the important roles to set everyone up for success. Toxic working environment with zero to fake support.

Any questions or feedback met with the incorrect information to lead the team down the wrong path, then I was held responsible for the going down that path. My manager didn't have the experience or knowledge to support me in this role. I quickly learned that I was on my own to onboard myself without any support from my managers. The scrub allowance they advertise is a rouse, you have to return every single pair that they purchased for you no matter how many years it’s been if you decide to leave them, or else they will take it out of your last pay, the flexible PTO they advertise? They don’t like to give multiple days off even if it’s a once a year thing that you’ve been saving your hours for.Īt first everything seemed like I would have all the support to be successful in the role. That’s all I can say for right now, but I will continue to give more feedback as they come. I don’t know if it depends on the state the type of people you get, but in Alabama these people are just not it. Right off the bat the way the people who actually come in to onboard us act and speak is incredibly disrespectful and demeaning to the people who have worked in a practice many many years. Their motto is “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”or so they advertise in the beginning but proves to be very untrue. SVP gives off a very different picture before they officially overtake a practice. Incredibly disappointed in this corporation.
